Field Care Supervisor Wanted

£13.00-£13.50 per hour + 40p per mile

Full & Part time hours available

Ethicare Ltd are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisors to oversee our community care workers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for senior care, ensuring that our service users receive the highest quality of service.

This role requires excellent communication abilities and the capacity to drive initiatives that enhance the overall well-being of our elderly vulnerable adults & children.

Our experienced staff support a variety of vulnerable adults & children with individual needs, always maintaining dignity, respect and promoting independence.

We are now recruiting for Field Care Supervisors to join our growing team.

Job Description:

• As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be a main point of contact for day-to-day support, guidance and information to allocated service users and care workers in the community covering Leeds & Wakefield.


• You will be responsible for monitoring and checking the health, well-being of service users and care workers by using face to face visits, telephone calls and monitoring care records.


• You will undertake new care packages/assessments, and reviews of care needs. You will also carry out risk management with our service users to ensure that their care plans reflect their needs and are person-centred. You will also review their MAR charts.


• You will conduct regular supervisions and reviews with care workers to review competency and promote personal development.


• Carry out reviews of care packages with our service users and build & maintain relationships with service users.

What we want from you:

• A minimum of 12 months experience


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle


• Demonstrable experience in the social care sector at a supervisory level


• Well organised and self-motivated


• Required to deliver hands on care when needed
