We are looking for a Programme Manager - Quality Standards to play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and training provision across Luminate Education Group. Working with the Deputy Director of Quality Standards, the role will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality to meet regulatory requirements, awarding body standards, and national rates.


Working collaboratively with curriculum teams, support services, and awarding organisations, the Programme Manager will drive initiatives that enhance assessment, feedback and learner outcomes. 


The role will also provide guidance, training, and support to managers, teachers and assessors to embed best practice.


What You Will Do



  • Support the Deputy Director of Quality Standards in driving excellence and enhancing the learner experience across the organisation. 

  • Advising colleagues on quality improvements, overseeing classroom and apprenticeship delivery to ensure consistent standards and compliance as well as monitoring performance data to inform improvement strategies. 

  • Coordination of the course approval process, working with awarding organisations and analysing performance data.


About You



  • Experience working with awarding organisations, ensuring excellence in assessment and verification.

  •  Experience in analysing data to evaluate impact, setting targets, and managing projects, with a strong track record of improving learner outcomes. 

  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and supporting improvement initiatives.

  •  Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities as well as managing performance and meeting deadlines. 

  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to navigate complex issues with a can-do attitude are essential.
