Senior DevOps Engineer – Up to £75,000 – Leeds (Hybrid)
Are you a Senior DevOps Engineer with a passion for designing secure, scalable cloud solutions? Do you thrive in high-impact environments where your expertise directly contributes to global authentication and cryptography platforms?
This is your opportunity to take technical ownership of a greenfield DevSecOps environment, leading the design and delivery of infrastructure that powers customer-facing, high-performance systems used by major technology partners worldwide.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and implementing DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure
- Leading the build of a full DevSecOps pipeline to support secure, reliable deployments
- Creating customer-facing test environments for pre-production testing and pilot programmes
- Ensuring the platform securely handles up to 200 TPS (transactions per second)
- Implementing monitoring, alerting, and performance optimisation tools
- Contributing to a global cryptography and authentication library accessed via secure APIs
- Designing infrastructure for usage tracking and billing of library services
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading DevOps implementations or cloud migration projects
- Strong foundation in either infrastructure or software development
- Hands-on experience building secure, scalable environments
- Expertise with either Azure or AWS, ideally with DevOps-specific tooling
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience deploying applications via Azure or AWS marketplaces
