The Role


The firm is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Senior Associate (3+ years’ PQE) to play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Advising on a wide range of commercial contracts, outsourcing projects, and technology-related matters.

  • Working with a diverse client base, including international businesses and household names, to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Leading on complex, high-value matters, providing strategic advice on business-critical issues.

  • Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

  • Potential opportunities for client secondments to enhance commercial understanding and client relationships.

The Candidate


The ideal candidate will have:



  • A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Commercial/Technology law.

  • A strong track record of advising on complex commercial and technology matters.

  • Excellent client management and communication skills.

  • A proactive and commercially-minded approach to problem-solving.

  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing their own workload.
