About the Role:
- Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered at all times
- Oversee the processing of customer orders, queries, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Develop and implement customer service processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment
- Monitor key metrics (KPIs) and report on team performance to senior management
- Provide coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment
About You:
- Previous experience in a customer service management or supervisory role, ideally within a manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities
