As a teaching assistant for an SEN school, you’ll be helping pupils who face challenges such as autism, ADHD, and speech or communication difficulties. This full-time role is perfect for sports science graduates who understand the power of movement, structure, and positive reinforcement in supporting children's learning and wellbeing
About the Role:
As a teaching assistant, you’ll support the delivery of both academic and physical activities, working closely with class teachers and SEN staff. You may lead movement breaks, assist in PE lessons, and offer one-to-one or small group support. Your background in sports science will help bring energy and structure to the school day, encouraging pupils to stay engaged and active

* A degree in Sports Science, PE, or a related subject (Desirable, but not mandatory)
* Experience as a sports coach or in a youth or school setting
* A proactive, energetic attitude and a passion for making a difference
* An interest in special educational needs and inclusive learning
* Availability to commit to a full-time long-term role
