Estates and Asset Manager - #1701556

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estates team covering the South East region within the Property division of ASDA. Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will be a key member of the team, putting the customer at the heart of all you do.

This regional role will focus on formulating asset strategies, driving value from a growing estate through optimisation alongside day to day management of our portfolio.

The role requires working with landlords, tenants, construction teams, FM and consultants to deliver property solutions for our estate and to support retail operations.

• With Hybrid working, ideally live in south of the UK but with the ability to travel to Leeds Home Office when needed. Three days a week to be spent in site or in an agreed Asda Hub


• Landlord, consultancy or occupier background


• Estate Management, L&T and/or transactional experience

To ensure we balance moments where we know we need to collaborate together and the need for flexibility, Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area of Asda may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
