About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our thriving team. You will work closely with the Senior Project Planner, managing high-profile client projects. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the creation and management of multiple programme and project plans.

Key responsibilities


  • Understanding project requirements and maintaining project programmes.

  • Creating and maintaining project plans.

  • Monitoring critical paths and dependencies.

  • Updating live project programmes and collecting progress updates through collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

  • Attending planning meetings and presenting to senior stakeholders.

  • Communicating project risks and opportunities effectively.

  • Supporting internal planning processes for consistency.

  • Identifying project deviations and producing slippage reports.


What you’ll bring


  • Proven project planning experience, ideally in large-scale or IT projects.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Experience presenting to partners.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

  • Ability to design, develop, and implement policy frameworks and delivery structures.

  • Experience in writing enterprise-level frameworks.


Desirable skills


  • Previous project planning and scheduling experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.

  • RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management experience.
