Job Description
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits to assess standards adherence.
- Help resolve quality-related issues, providing technical support and solutions.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and procurement teams to ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods.
- Support the analysis and investigation of customer complaints related to quality.
- Assist in developing and implementing sustainability initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Monitor and report on sustainability metrics like waste management, carbon footprint, energy, and water usage.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Work with teams on energy-saving, waste reduction, and resource conservation projects.
- Support continuous improvement programs for quality and sustainability performance.
- Participate in quality control, risk management, and compliance activities.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency in quality and sustainability processes.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Assist in preparing reports on audits, metrics, and compliance.
- Maintain records of activities and documentation.
- Prepare presentations for internal reviews on performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Engineering, Quality Management, Sustainability, or related field.
- 3-5 years in quality, sustainability, or environmental management.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and sustainability standards.
- Ability to analyze data and produce reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with management software is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills focused on process improvement.
