Senior MEP Planner – Tier 1 Contractor | Leeds + Surrounding Areas

£80,000 - £90,000 + Car Allowance + Strong Benefits Package

We’re working with a top Tier 1 contractor seeking a Senior MEP Planner to join their team across high-profile projects in West Yorkshire. This role offers excellent career progression across Commercial, Residential, Education, Life Sciences, and Custodial schemes. The contractor will also consider ambitious Intermediate Planners for the position.

Role Overview: You'll manage and coordinate MEP programmes using ASTA Powerproject, ensuring alignment with master programme, subcontractor integration, and NEC contract compliance. Key responsibilities include programme development, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in MEP planning on major construction projects


• Proficient in ASTA Powerproject


• Familiar with NEC contracts


• Skilled in subcontractor coordination and programme integration


• Excellent communication and organisational skills


• A degree in engineering or construction is preferred but not essential.
