What You’ll Do:

• Lead the digital development of Yorkshire Dental Suite


• Drive in-house tech strategy and build scalable, efficient systems


• Manage and grow a team of developers and tech support


• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative to bring innovative ideas to life


• Shape the digital future of one of the most exciting brands in UK healthcare

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong coding/development background (full-stack experience preferred)


• Proven leadership in managing dev teams/projects


• Ambitious, creative, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment


• Tech-savvy with a problem-solving mindset


• Passionate about innovation, automation, and user experience
