The Commercial Litigation NQ will get involved in a range of work including;

• Working on high value claims including contractual and IT disputes, procurement disputes and risk management work


• Supporting Partners on larger claims


• Working closely with clients across a range of sectors including technology and logistics


• Helping on marketing and business development

The successful Commercial Litigation NQ should have:

• Excellent legal knowledge in commercial litigation


• Completed a seat in disputes


• Have ties to Yorkshire


• Strong academics


• A client-focused approach


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• The ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines


• A commitment to ongoing professional development
