Description
Provide clear reporting for the Head of Audit on a frequent basis
Conduct regular team meetings and one to one meetings with the team
Prepare reports and plans for improvements
Keep up to date with changes to relevant legislation
Working with the other managers across the firm to ensure a positive working environment for the team.
Profile
The Successful Audit Manager Will Have
Strong decision making, based on fully interrogated facts
A strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate information
Demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff
Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative management style and commitment to get the job done
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Experience in an Audit Manager Position
