The role:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
- Support dispensing activities
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, explaining features and benefits of lenses and Cubitts frames
- Assist customers in selecting the best lenses and frames, ensuring a perfect fit
Who you are:
- Aligned with and inspired by our company values
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Proactive, positive, and patient
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
