Location: Wheathampstead, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm)

Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone and email to check orders and provide support
- Preparing for meetings and events, including creating presentation materials
- Updating administrative systems and customer records
- Supporting the sales team with daily tasks and projects
- Chasing product samples, checking pricing, and coordinating with other departments
- Attending occasional events and exhibitions
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, confident communicator comfortable speaking with customers and team members
- Highly organised and proactive with good attention to detail
- Proficient in IT systems and capable of managing multiple tasks
- A team player willing to get involved
- Driving license or willingness to learn; occasional travel may be required
