Executive Chef - Contract Catering - #1719684

Quorn Foods is excited to recruit an Executive Chef to join our expanding foodservice team, focusing on our Contract Catering customers.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of Quorn Foodservice culinary strategy as part of a UK team of four, executing engagement plans with National Contract Catering and Education sector customers (e.g., Universities).


• Develop and sustain key culinary relationships and contact strategies with customer food teams, promoting industry-relevant ideation and concepts using Quorn, Cauldron, and QuornPro partner products, emphasizing features, advantages, sustainability, and nutritional benefits.


• This role is remotely based with regular travel to customers, trade shows, Quorn sites, and team meetings.

Required Experience:

• Senior culinary background, preferably in a development chef role with experience in menu development and innovation.


• Industry qualification in food safety and compliance, including allergen legislation.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).


• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.


• Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that boost sales and margins.


• A passion for healthy, sustainable products that benefit consumers and the planet—vegetarian not required.
