Job Description: Facilities Team Member

Hours and Rota: 37.5 hours per week. The role requires working an 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.


Salary: £25,699 - £28,586 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.


Essential: A full UK driving license.


Responsibilities

  • Resolve general maintenance issues, including plastering, window and door repairs, electrical changes, and basic plumbing.

  • Respond to Health and Safety calls.

  • Conduct planned inspections and address remedial works.

  • Log maintenance issues and follow up accordingly.


Candidate Profile

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on the student experience.

  • Experience in general maintenance, with desirable skills in plumbing and electrical work.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
