Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Leeds
Salary: £33,000 per annum + bonus
Shift Pattern:
2 Days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
2 Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
4 Days Off
We're seeking a reliable and motivated individual to operate machinery as part of our client's production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in machine operation who’s looking for a stable, long-term role with a leading company.
Key Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
Operate and monitor polythene extrusion machinery
Carry out quality checks and ensure consistent output to specification
Complete basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery
Report any faults or downtime issues promptly
The Ideal Machine Operator:
Experience working on extrusion lines or similar manufacturing machinery (preferred)
Mechanically minded with a hands-on approach
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexible and reliable attitude to shift work
Offered to the Machine Operator:
Competitive salary of £33,000 per year
Additional performance-based bonus
Stable shift rotation with 4 consecutive days off every cycle
