Due to the firm's extensive international connections, appointing a Marine or Shipping Partner will enhance their global networks.
The role can be based in London or Leeds, with hybrid working arrangements.

Candidate Profile
- Partner or aspiring Partner with a Marine or Shipping Litigation specialization
- A strong networker with existing business contacts to leverage
- Interested in joining an entrepreneurial firm that offers autonomy to develop a Marine or Shipping practice, supported by a top-tier domestic and international network
Remuneration & Benefits
The remuneration scheme allows Partners to choose their monthly earnings based on projected team income, with a base drawings. Benefits include unlimited holidays and profit-sharing opportunities.
