Role Overview
The Product Delivery Partner will strategically lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage day-to-day commercial operations across multiple client engagements. This role is ideal for an experienced delivery leader seeking to grow into a broader leadership position. The focus is on product-led delivery, client satisfaction, continuous improvement, and developing internal talent while maintaining hands-on engagement with projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product-focused delivery teams across complex, multi-sector client projects
- Develop and shape user-centred product strategies that deliver measurable outcomes
- Support the evolution of internal delivery frameworks and methods
- Translate client challenges into actionable product solutions that align with strategic objectives
- Act as the escalation point for delivery-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction
- Partner with Client Partners to ensure seamless coordination, commercial oversight, and financial health of engagements
- Support business development activities, including proposals and commercial documentation
- Review and advise on Statements of Work (SoWs) for viability and execution feasibility
- Guide and mentor consultants across delivery and product disciplines
- Contribute to internal communities of practice and support capability development
- Maintain a 30% utilisation rate through direct contribution to delivery assignments
- Represent the organisation in professional networks and industry partnerships
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Proven experience delivering product-led digital initiatives in both public and private sectors
- Strong leadership background in managing multidisciplinary teams and agile delivery practices
- Excellent commercial acumen, including financial tracking and margin oversight
- Confident in reviewing and advising on SoWs, contracts, and project commercials
- Effective client engagement and communication skills, with a solution-oriented approach
- Familiarity with agile, product lifecycle management, and service design methodologies
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Government or NHS Service Standard
- Experience delivering data-centric products with demonstrable impact
