Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerk of Works to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and compliance with project specifications.

- Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to provide expert guidance on quality control issues.

- Prepare and submit detailed reports on site conditions, progress, and compliance with quality standards.

- Identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions to project timelines.

- Monitor the implementation of best practices in construction quality management.

- Ensure that all safety and regulatory standards are maintained on-site.

Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in a Clerk of Works role or similar position in the construction industry.

- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in report writing and documentation.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- A relevant qualification or accreditation is preferred - CABE, CIOB, RICS or ICWCI, MCIOB.
