We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Business Analyst to join our high profile banking client. This is a pivotal role supporting major customer migration initiatives, including the fallout from a recent migration and preparation for others down the line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support large-scale customer migrations across mutual fund investment products (ISAs and Pensions).

- Handle a high volume of change requests, pushing for greater clarity and completeness to support regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Prepare documentation for FCA approval in relation to migration compromises.
- Design and maintain manual workarounds and processes where automation is not yet possible.
- Leverage strong Excel skills to manage data compromises, track changes, and join up spreadsheets across multiple teams.
- Collaborate closely with a small core team and a broader group of stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and comprehensive impact assessments.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within financial services or investment products.
- Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, etc.).
- Experience working on customer migrations, particularly those requiring weekend or bank holiday deployment.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a high volume of change requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with regulatory processes, particularly FCA-related.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
