We’re making a bold shift, because staying the same isn’t an option. Consumer Intelligence is Arla’s reimagined Insights & Analytics function built to shape the future of dairy by putting real consumer understanding at the heart of everything we do. As the world around us changes fast, we’re stepping up with new capabilities, deeper expertise, and a sharper focus on impact. We’re not just here to answer questions, we’re here to challenge, to inspire, and to make sure the voice of the consumer drives the decisions that matter most in our business.

The best marketing is powered by deep understanding—and that’s where you come in. "It’s a chance to grow your expertise in the world of brand storytelling, advertising, and consumer research, while making a real impact on the work that reaches millions" - says Natalie Clare Botha, Global Head of Communication and Creativity.

In this position, you can work out of our offices in Aarhus, Leeds, or Gdansk.

How you will make an impact

As a Communication & Creativity Intelligence Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping Arla build stronger, braver, and more consumer-rooted communications. You’ll support the delivery of creative testing, brand tracking, and other insight-led work that helps our teams create more effective campaigns across global and local markets.

You will:

  1. Lead the delivery of communication research projects across campaigns, brands, and markets

  2. Help coordinate our global brand equity tracking program and support the analysis of key trends

  3. Work with our research partners to manage timelines, tools, and deliverables

  4. Assist in preparing reports and storytelling decks that bring data to life and guide better decisions

  5. Contribute to the evaluation of creative ideas, from early-stage concepts to final executions

  6. Track examples of standout creative and consumer trends to inspire teams across Arla

  7. Help keep our research toolkit and SharePoint hub up to date and accessible

  8. Learn from experienced insight leads and build your confidence working with marketers and agencies

What will make you successful

You’re naturally curious about people, brands, and the power of great ideas. You love finding the “why” behind campaigns that connect and are excited to build your skills in research and storytelling. Further, you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, brand insight, or research agency roles

  • An understanding of how brands communicate and the role insight plays in the creative process

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills—able to juggle tasks and timelines with ease

  • Basic knowledge of research methods (e.g., surveys, qualitative testing) and a willingness to learn more

  • Solid skills in PowerPoint and Excel; confident presenting data in a clear, engaging way

  • A collaborative, can-do mindset and a passion for learning by doing

  • Fluent in English; other languages a plus

What do we offer?

A front-row seat to how big brand campaigns are shaped and sharpened. In this role, you’ll grow your craft in insight and creativity, while learning from some of the best minds in marketing and research. You'll be part of an ambitious insights team that values curiosity, collaboration, and creative bravery.

Would you like to join us?

Please apply as soon as possible, as we will process applications on a continuous basis and close the recruitment once the right candidate is found.

For any questions, please contact Natalie Clare Botha, Global Head of Communication and Creativity, at email: *************@ARLAFOODS.COM.
