HMLR Paralegal - #1735936

The primary objective of this role is to provide dedicated support in property post-completion matters, including the preparation and submission of Land Registry applications and land tax returns (SDLT and LTT). The role focuses on delivering high-quality, efficient assistance to the team while enabling candidates to develop their skills and progress their careers within the paralegal and/or commercial property field.

What You'll Do:

• Support property post-completion matters with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications in line with requirements.
• Handle land tax returns, including SDLT and LTT, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Deliver high-quality assistance to the team to meet client and organisational standards.
• Develop skills and progress within the paralegal and/or commercial property field.

Who We're Looking For:

• Candidates with a strong interest in specialising in property post-completion matters.
• Minimum of 6months' experience in handling Land Registry applications and land tax returns (SDLT and LTT).
• A commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work within deadlines.
• A proactive approach to developing skills and expertise in the paralegal and/or commercial property field.
• Individuals focused on career progression in this area, rather than pursuing qualification via a training contract.
