As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive sales growth. We are looking for someone who can lead by example and win new business.

As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive sales growth. We are looking for someone who can lead by example and win new business.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Selling IT security services (Pentesting), including upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales planed to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
- Overseeing the business development process, policies and procedures and winning new business.
- Liaising with all internal departments to be able to sell the full benefits and memberships of the business.
- Responsibility to grow the business development team of professionals.
- There will be some element of travel to meet clients across the UK where necessary.
- Client focussed and with a proven ability to deliver solutions and maintain high standards of quality at all times.
- Self-motivated, driven and have a commitment to high personal performance with demonstrable success in exceeding targets.
- The ability to navigate large, complex organisations to benefit the relationship and win new business.
- Intellectually curious with a determination to understand the market and customer requirements.
- Must have experience within the IT security sector.
