As our Senior Retail Partnerships Executive, you will be an integral part of the Retail Revenue team, supporting the Retail Partnerships and MI Development Manager in identifying, sourcing, and maintaining third party partnerships for Retail product lines. Involved in all aspects of partnership management, you will work on a range of tasks, from administration to supplier relationship management, and working with key external retail partners.

- Partner relationship management - support and enhance our relationships with our partners for third-party revenue streams, including Car Hire, Travel Insurance, Transfers, Car Parking, Airport Lounges and more.
- Working closely with the Retail Trading team to identify trading opportunities and drive pricing, promotional and merchandising strategies through our partners.
- Monitoring performance of our partners against key contractual SLA’s.
- Supporting on tender processes and negotiations to ensure we procure the best third-party partnerships for our customers, and the business.
- Working cross-functionally with multiple teams within Jet2, across Marketing, IT, Customer Services and Finance to ensure our product hit commercial targets whilst providing excellent customer experience.
- Keeping abreast of market and competitor insights across all product lines, ensuring our products are market leading.
- Strong communication skills across differing levels within the business and our partners.
- Ability to engage with internal and external partners and build strong working relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, with an understanding of commercial levers available to influence trading.
- Proficient in the use of Excel.
- A passion for personal growth and continuous learning.
- Experience in travel ancillary retail desirable, but not essential.
