Digital Performance Marketer - #1746609

Our Client is building smart, AI-driven tools. They are now looking for a high-energy, performance-driven Digital Marketing Expert to help scale their SaaS product – with a strong presence in our Leeds office.

This is a hybrid role, but we believe in the energy and collaboration of working together – so we’re office-first, especially during the onboarding period and key campaign cycles.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead all performance marketing across paid and organic channels
• Create, launch, and scale campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and others
• Optimise landing pages, funnels, and CTAs to maximise conversions
• Manage and track budgets, performance, and ROI
• Monitor and analyse performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Hotjar
• Work closely with content, product, and sales to align campaigns with business goals
• Run A/B tests, drive experiments, and report results weekly
• Act fast, iterate, and scale what works

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or B2B tech
• Track record of delivering leads and conversions through paid media
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads
• Comfortable building and testing landing pages with CRO in mind
• Data-led mindset and sharp attention to performance insights
• Based in or near Leeds – able to work regularly from our office
• Proactive, positive, and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
