Job Description

  • Answering Inbound Calls From Customers And Dealing With General Enquiries
  • Providing A Friendly And Helpful Service, Displaying A Passion For Customer Service
  • Accurately Updating And Maintaining An In - House System, Processing Mid-Term Adjustments And Cancellations On Existing Policies
  • Collecting Payments For Amendments Or Missed Direct Debit Payments
  • Solving Customer Queries Throughout The Life Of Their Policy And General Administration
  • Document Processing, Letter Writing, Dealing With The Setting Up/Cancellation Of Direct Debits

Qualifications

  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Good organisation skills and ability to multitask with good attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • An ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
  • Used the CRM Acturis before (not essential but preferred)
