SERVICE TYPE: Mental Health step-down residential rehabilitation

HOURS: Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to support service needs.

SALARY: £31,000 TO £35,000 per annum depending on experience and remit.

THE ROLE:

Active Pathways are currently recruiting for two new Deputy Manager's to join our Millcroft and Park Place teams in Leeds as a result of progression. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team ensuring the individuals we support can live as independently as possible.

Our ideal Deputy Manager will

  • Ensure that individuals we support have the opportunity to strive for self-determination, independence, and choice to gain as much control over their own lives as possible.
  • Ensure the service is compliant with the relevant Regulations and with contractual requirements.
  • Support the Service Manager with KPI and related reporting in line with the Governance structure.
  • Take the lead on the day-to-day leadership and provide mentoring to teams.
  • Ensure that all clinical and therapeutic interventions are person centred and in line with our service model.
  • Coach the team with ensuring high quality, up to date support planning documentation that is person centred.

Desired Experience

  • Knowledge on current legislations relatable to this setting.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Working in a health and social care setting with people with complex mental health needs, learning disability & autistic adults.
