Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day

How You'll Help Us Live Our Purpose
We've been helping our members save for their future and buy a home of their own since 1875. By joining us, you'll play a big role in helping us to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.

You will be the primary product lead for digital and corporate change into our Customer Division as we embark on the biggest transformation journey in our history. You will lead, develop and implement change management plans, prioritise and coordinate activities and ensure that all aspects of change initiatives, whether large or small, are managed effectively.
You will lead a team of 2 direct reports and a wide span of cross functional senior stakeholders so we're looking for an extremely influential leader with excellent relationship building skills.
What will you bring to the role?
Why choose Leeds Building Society?

You'll be joining a truly purpose-focused culture which helped us win the Leading with Purpose award at the 2023 Business Culture Awards. This recognises the progress we're making to embed our purpose with our colleagues, and the actions we've taken to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.
