Our Client Communications business continues to grow and we are now looking for a Design and Production Coordinator to join our vibrant Leeds or Bristol office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would most likely suit someone with previous experience working within a creative, communications, or design team, ideally in a pensions or financial services environment.

The Team


We are looking for a Design and Production Coordinator to manage creative workflows and support the delivery of high-quality visual content. You'll coordinate print and digital materials, assist with marketing campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across projects. This fast-paced role suits someone highly organised, design-aware, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and growing communications team.


The Role


As a Design and Production Coordinator with XPS you will:


Design workflow and project coordination:


  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end design workflow
  • Coordinate the production and delivery of printed communications
  • Monitor deadlines, design capacity and workloads
  • Lead weekly scheduling discussions
  • Support colleagues on processes and quality expectations

Marketing and proposal design:
  • Provide creative support for the team's marketing initiatives and internal proposals - including the design of visuals, social media graphics, templates, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with the Creative Communications Manager to ensure consistent messaging, tone and visual identity across all content.
  • Create or adapt branded assets for internal campaigns and business development materials

Design and artworking:
  • Provide hands-on support across both creative design and production artworking tasks
  • Contribute to visual design work including layouts, digital assets, email graphics, and client-facing materials
  • Prepare artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring layout accuracy, typographic consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines
  • Perform quality checks on design output to ensure alignment with brand and accessibility standards

Your profile

Essential Criteria


  • A relevant design qualification (e.g. HND, BA or equivalent) in Graphic Design or a related discipline
  • Experience working within a creative, communications, or design team, ideally in a pensions or financial services environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate workflows and manage creative projects to deadline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Strong understanding of branding, layout and design principles
  • Confident providing guidance and reviewing work produced by team membes.
