Are you an experienced Project Manager currently working for a Construction Consultancy in the Yorkshire area?

Are you working long hours, with minimal support. Is there limited growth prospects where you are?

Do you have the following experience?

• Degree qualified.


• Ideally a professional membership - MRICS, CHPP, MCIOB, etc.


• At least 5 years' experience.


• Pre and post contract experience, covering at least RIBA stages 2-7.


• Comfortable adminstering a contract; JCT, NEC, etc.


• Good range of experience in Property / Real Estate sectors.


• Do you live in West, East or South Yorkshire.
