Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leeds, City Centre. The salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000 OTE.

Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves

  • As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained.
  • The role means every day is different as you will spend your days out and about visiting properties
  • You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.

  • Experience carrying out inventories
  • Self-motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
  • A good understanding of what constitutes fair wear and tear and will have dealt successfully with tenant disputes and returning deposits
