Design Manager - Facades Division Location: Hybrid (Leeds-based) Reports to: Project Manager & Senior Project Manager

Are you a talented Design Manager with a passion for façades and design innovation? Join our dynamic team and take the lead on exciting projects, from concept through to client submission and site handover.

What you'll do:

• Manage and coordinate multiple façade design projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery

• Support site teams with design solutions and tackle unforeseen challenges

• Lead and inspire the design team, driving collaboration and creativity

• Oversee design revisions, approvals, and compliance documentation

• Work closely with project stakeholders and site management to keep everything running smoothly

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years in Design Management within façade disciplines

• Skilled in AutoCAD and Revit

• Strong understanding of design principles and installation processes

• CSCS Card & relevant health and safety qualifications (Working at Height, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness)

• Excellent communicator and team leader
