About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes across Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation delivering high-quality refurbishment works
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily site operations for kitchen and bathroom upgrade projects
Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Liaise with residents, subcontractors, and the wider project team
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Resolve on-site issues and proactively manage risks
Report progress to contracts management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within social housing or domestic refurbishment
Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom installations
SMSTS or SSSTS certification
First Aid qualification
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, tenants, and trade teams
