About The Role

As Head of CRM, you’ll lead a team of specialists responsible for executing CRM campaigns across all channels, managing data and segmentation, delivering customer-facing promotions, and reporting on performance. Reporting into the Marketing Director, your role is to ensure seamless, compliant, and high-performing delivery of retention and engagement campaigns.

You’ll oversee four sub-teams (Data Strategy, Comms Delivery, Promotions Operations, and CRM Analytics), translating marketing strategy into customer-centric execution. You’ll act as the operational bridge between Marketing, Product, Central CRM, Creative, and Compliance — driving performance through precision, process, and people.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Leading the daily operations of the CRM function, covering data, delivery, promotions, and analytics
  • Turning strategic briefs into on-time, compliant, and impactful CRM campaigns
  • Overseeing the development and execution of automated journeys and lifecycle campaigns
  • Managing collaboration across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Central CRM, and Creative teams
  • Driving continuous improvement in campaign operations, tools, and workflows
  • Ensuring promotion delivery is robust and scalable, working with Product and third-party partners
  • Overseeing segmentation strategy and targeting logic to support personalisation
  • Leading performance reviews with CRM Analytics to feed back into marketing decisions
  • Championing best practices in testing, QA, and responsible communication
  • Coaching and developing the CRM team to ensure capability, alignment, and delivery excellence

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Proven experience leading CRM or campaign delivery teams in a high-volume, data-led environment
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel campaign execution and CRM platforms
  • Confidence managing specialist teams across data, comms, promotions, and analytics
  • Experience working with Product, BI, and Marketing stakeholders to deliver complex projects
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, automation, personalisation, and compliance
  • A passion for executional excellence and the ability to operate with calm precision under pressure
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of campaigns while continuously improving process and capability
