We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Inclusion Manager to be part of a dedicated pastoral team at Co-op Academy Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual with experience working in an educational environment and supporting behaviour management of young people.
As a Deputy Inclusion Manager, you will play an active role alongside staff and leaders in ensuring high standards of behaviour, attendance, wellbeing, and safety across the school. You will forge excellent relationships to ensure all students feel safe, cared for, and valued, enabling them to succeed and overcome barriers to learning.
You should have relevant experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills, and be flexible, self-motivated, resilient, and a team player.
