Job Description

At evoke, we’re shaping the future of digital innovation across Technology and Product. We're looking for a Portfolio Analyst to play a pivotal role in guiding our teams with governance, tooling, finance, and resourcing insights.

This is a high-impact role that directly supports our Heads of Delivery, fosters consistent ways of working, and advocate operational excellence across our Portfolio.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Taking responsibility for of completing resource and cost forecasts for your retrospective Portfolios.
  • Responsible for the creation of the latest estimate plan on a yearly and quarterly basis.
  • Be the gatekeeper on governance controls to ensure compliance and auditor requirements are met.
  • Support resource requests through to approval and working with external parties to ensure the process is smoothly executed.
  • Create and maintain processes to review staff utilisation on a monthly basis, ensuring documents are in place to support capitalization of spend and driving initiatives to increase capex utilisation.
  • Be responsible for the production of high-quality management information on the Product & Technology Portfolio to drive executive decision making.

  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial and resource trends to inform decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business priorities and influence and collaborate with colleagues at all levels across the organisation.
  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, JIRA and EasyBi.
