LOCATION(S): Leeds, Halifax, Cardiff and Newport
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

The Retail Finance Change team are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance Change Manager to join us.
As a Finance Change Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the delivery of change initiatives impacting Retail Finance. You will work collaboratively cross function to manage risk and implications related to Finance Systems, Data, and processes effectively.
Day to day you will:
- Lead Change Delivery: Lead the delivery of multiple change initiatives, understanding the impact across data, people & processes, and managing seamless integration into Retail Finance,
- Dependency Management: Identify, assess, and effectively manage risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Change Expertise: Provide change expertise and support to the wider Retail Finance community, advocating for agile change practices across the team.
- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with key collaborators across Retail Finance, and other business areas to support the effectively delivery of change initiatives.
- Support team activities: Contribute to development, learning and process improvement within the team, fostering culture of continuous improvement.
- Invest in Personal Growth: Actively respond to individual and team objectives, by enhancing personal performance and growing your skills and capabilities.

What you'll need
- Proven experience in delivering change, preferably in a financial environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, to build and sustain long-term relationships.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict, build consensus and influence positive outcomes.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams to develop roadmaps that help the team achieve its priorities and fulfil its business plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills, using experience to address critical risks/issues/dependencies as they arise and ensuring resolution within agreed timescales.
- Demonstrate the right values and behaviours and encouraging this in team members.
Experience of the following will also be useful to the role:
- A strong Finance background, with solid understanding of Finance Systems and processes.
- An understanding of Retail products.
- Experience of Agile tools and methodologies.
- Line management experience.
