THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales and Marketing Administrator to support our sales and marketing teams. This role plays a critical part in coordinating marketing initiatives, managing sales data, ensuring smooth operational processes and high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sales support:Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and customer follow-up.
- Process sales orders and assist with client account management – manage order entry process in ERP system
- Act as a point of contact for customers, assist in handling customer complaints and track shipments
- Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records.
- Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-up, and customer inquiries.
Marketing support:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital content.
- Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate deadlines.
- Help create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, event materials).
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare summary reports.
- Coordinate trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
- Act as an ambassador of the brand and support all marketing events and digital marketing activities
- Track and analyse sales and marketing data to support strategic decisions.

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom
REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, experience and general skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
