About The Role
PwC is one of the world’s leading Professional Services organisations who advise some of the most successful organisations, entrepreneurs and private businesses on a range of services including Audit, Risk, Tax, Operate, Consulting and Deals. We are innovative and driven to deliver to our clients while meeting our purpose of building trust in society and solving important problems. We strive to be a great place to work for our employees and offer career defining and development opportunities across all our teams.
Our People Solutions function provides a vital role, making sure we have all the right resources, services and technology to be the leading firm. These teams play a key role in helping the firm go to market quickly, making it easier for our people to do their jobs and delivering exceptional value to the rest of the business.
We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Team Leader to join the Learning Implementation & Reporting (LI&R) team within People Solutions. As Regulatory Reporting Team Leader, you will be responsible for management of the X- Line of Service (xLoS) Regulatory Reporting team, made up of Training Coordinators and Reporting Officers which is ultimately responsible for implementation, monitoring and tracking of all regulatory technical training within the firm (~500,000 pieces of learning annually for ~18,500 Partners and staff). The successful candidate will also be the LI&R point of contact for all regulatory inspections matters, supported by the Regulatory Manager, working directly with the wider People Function teams (Business Partnering, and the Talent, Development and Coaching (TD&C) Centre of Excellence), alongside Assurance, Risk and Quality, and Office of General Counsel. You will manage responses to internal and external reviews, and ensure that actions from the various improvement and action plans are appropriately implemented.
What Your Days Will Look Like
No matter where you may be in your career or personal life, our benefits are designed to add value and support, recognising and rewarding you fairly for your contributions.
We offer a range of benefits including empowered flexibility and a working week split between office, home and client site; private medical cover and 24/7 access to a qualified virtual GP; six volunteering days a year and much more.
