We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Analyst – Stress Testing to join our Balance Sheet Management team. As we navigate a period of significant transformation, this role will be crucial in supporting the ongoing delivery, maintenance, and improvement of stress testing team’s core deliverables across the society.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home while maintaining an office presence as needed to meet business requirements.
About the role
As Stress Testing Analyst, you'll support with -
- Production of stress tests across ICAAP, Corporate Planning and Reverse Stress Testing whilst supporting stress outputs for the Society’s recovery plan
- Production of analytical, MI and reporting outputs, providing support to the Balance Sheet Management, and wider stakeholder groups to support their understanding of stress testing
- Maintaining stress testing models and providing additional insight/ analytics to support the Society’s cyclical stress processes
- Working in conjunction with the Group Economist to develop the economic scenarios which are to be used in the firm’s stress tests
- Development and implementation of the new control framework and other policy developments
About you
What will you bring to the role?
- Knowledge of stress testing in Financial Services
- Knowledge of ICAAP Pillar 2B production
- Good knowledge of Balance Sheet Management principles
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- A good level of proficiency with Excel
