Electrical Associate - #1786218
Calibre
Date: 13 hours ago
City: Leeds
Contract type: Full time
Work schedule: Full day

This Electrical Associate position is with a Leeds based consultancy that is in an interesting position; they have a solid team in place, regular flow of work and, unusually in the current market, rarely undertake residential schemes.
You'll be stepping into well supported position as they have Senior, Intermediate and Junior Electrical Engineers to support you, while you'll be working alongside an Electrical Associate Director.
The role will see you taking a lead on schemes, focusing on technical and team aspects, without the expectation of business development.
Project wise, they are busy across a range of sectors, including volumetric modular, custodial, medium size healthcare and some exciting developer led schemes.
An electrical building services design background is essential for this post and you should ideally also be Chartered. As you'll be managing a team, it is important that you have been responsible for looking after other people and your projects previously. It also goes without saying that you'll need to be able to provide technical guidance, so it is crucial that you are fully up to speed with UK design regs and standards.
On offer is a salary up to £68k (with flexibility depending upon what you bring to the table), substantial bonus based on personal and company performance, 25 days holidays increasing with service, an excellent pension scheme coupled with a range of flexible benefits.
In all, it's a rare chance to join an established team as an Electrical Associate in the Leeds area, which is both well rewarded, and without the expectation of winning work.
To find out more about it, contact Simon Owen for a confidential discussion.
Calibre Search promote equality in the workplace and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified candidates regardless of their sex, race, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age. We act as both an employment agency and employment business.
