We’re seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team based in our growing Leeds office. In this varied and vital role, you'll support both people and processes - ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, while championing our values and commitment to excellence.

The Role Of An Office Manager Includes
- Managing the compliance side of office management, including health and safety.
- Front desk work, welcoming visitors and staff, alongside general administrative tasks.
- Following and developing procedures and systems for our office personnel, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Supporting customer-related tasks to ensure our clients receive outstanding service.
- Offering support to new starters, helping them integrate seamlessly into their team.
- Managing meeting room diaries and assisting planning appointments.
- Supporting a culture of continuous improvement, always looking for ways to enhance our processes.
- Managing and updating systems, personnel photos, and contact information for teams.
- Acting as an ambassador for JN Bentley, representing our values and commitment to excellence.
- Supporting the management team with reporting requirements.
- Ordering items for the office and staff as required, with associated administration.
- Working with IT to ensure meeting rooms are operating efficiently.
- 2+ years’ experience in an Office Manager role or similar.
- You will be able to demonstrate the ability to collaborate well as part of a larger team, even across multiple locations.
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the company and externally with suppliers.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in IT, including MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
