• Collaborate with regional managers to ensure accurate weekly staffing levels and timely submissions.
• Analyse weekly admissions and discharges for reporting purposes.
• Prepare occupancy analyses for bimonthly board meetings.
• Complete weekly KPI and spend reports promptly.
• Work closely with regional and home managers to understand and manage budgets.
• Visit sites to assess staffing requirements and explain differences using dependency tools.
• Assist with staff budget setting for sites and monitor staffing levels post-opening.
• Support administrative aspects of commissioning and setting up new sites.
• Conduct ad hoc investigations and prepare business cases for site performance.
• Establish strong working relationships with site managers and professional bodies.
