Junior Personal Assistant

About the Role

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Junior Personal Assistant to join its Secretarial Services Division. This role will be based in the Leeds office and offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support to a Real Estate legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of processes and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the billing process and undertake financial housekeeping tasks.
  • Assist with administrative processes and make use of available resources efficiently.
  • Develop familiarity with matter management and risk compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to firm protocols and complete required training.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with fee earners.
  • Contribute to business development activities through administrative support.

Candidate Profile

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Qualification such as City & Guilds / ILEX Level 1 or 2 Diploma for Legal Secretaries (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a comparable legal or corporate environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to supporting client and team needs.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
