Description

Our Leeds office is looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our close-knit Technology department. Working co-operatively with the Technology Services team and other areas of the Technology department, this position is responsible for the implementation, maintenance and support of PC-based applications, mobile devices, infrastructure components, and telecommunications within the office, ensuring that local and firm-wide systems are consistently delivered and supportable.

You'll be rewarded with an attractive package as well as being entitled to our comprehensive benefits.

Our Team

Reporting into the local IT Manager, you will be delivering service to the Leeds office primarily between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm and on occasion outside of these times. You will be required to have a good working relationship with the end-user community and all other areas of the Technology department.

Our Opportunity

The Technology Services team is responsible for resolving support queries from internal and external clients. As a Senior IT Support Analyst, you'll be accountable for the quality of local technology service delivery within your assigned office(s). This is an on-site role - you'll act as a consultant to the solicitors and staff on the technology systems at their disposal, and provide both proactive and reactive hands-on technology-related support.

This role is about working closely with local stakeholders to understand and then realise expectations and business needs, mobilising the resources of the Technology department as needed on behalf of the office. You'll also contribute by coaching and guiding colleagues.

You

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years' experience in PC helpdesk and/or training support or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and working proficiency of Windows 10 or later and desktop applications is a must! You'll also have experience with mobile devices, remote access tools and web conferencing systems.

As you will have some experience in an IT Support Analyst role, you will have some proficiency in technical functions as well as the ability to learn and apply a decent level of technical knowledge of the department. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and to multitask.
