Civil / Senior Engineer (Highways & Drainage)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading on drawing production with precision, consistency, and excellence
  • Delivering technical guidance in your core specialism to inspire and support others
  • Planning and managing project resources, flexing to meet client deadlines
  • Reviewing and improving outputs from your peers to ensure top-tier quality
  • Creating efficient, rationalised calculations and designs to modern standards
  • Monitoring regulatory and design changes, and championing best practice across teams


What We’re Looking For

You’re a skilled and confident engineer with a background in roads and sewer design, ready to take ownership of complex projects. You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, and industrial
  • Strong technical report-writing skills (e.g., Drainage Strategy Reports, Flood Risk Assessments, O&M Manuals)
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead without needing direction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Solid software and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
