Overview:

The Early Careers Development team help manage the end-to-end process for students within KPMG. These range from graduate to apprentices and also experienced hires looking at gaining a professional qualification. This is a chance to work alongside tuition providers and the ECD account managers to help students in their pursuit of the qualifications during their time at KPMG. The LC will be helping students in a variety of situations, from processing exam results to ensuring they have all the relevant information they need to succeed.


Key roles and responsibilities:


  • Handling of students, supplier and account managers queries by email in line with agreed SLAs
  • Effective customer service and relationship management across a range of stakeholders, conducting regular client meeting and maintain excellent relationships
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of high volume and high complexity tasks across a range of Early Careers Development processes.
  • Provide support to students across a variety of graduate programmes and apprenticeships
  • Prioritisation of work with email communication alongside daily tasks
  • Empathy for students who find themselves in difficulties
  • Maintaining internal documents such as FAQs and process documents
  • Regular contact with the client regarding the current status of students within the assigned programme.
