We have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Manager to join the senior management team at Weetwood Hall, reporting to the Operations Manager. This is a hands on role and requires you to be heavily involved in the day to day operation, ensuring the smooth running of all F&B areas including events and weddings, to ensure seamless delivery. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Headingley, Leeds.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Take accountability for all F&B operations across restaurant, bar and function rooms to ensure outstanding customer experience

• Lead and oversea Weddings and Special Events.

• Take accountability for achieving budgeted cost of sales in Food and Beverage,identify and act upon opportunities to grow revenue and reduce costs

• Ensure full compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations

• Manage the day-to-day operation of F&B outlets

• Plan, coordinate and lead weekly F&B meetings

• Deal with customer complaints ensuring effective outcomes

• Utilise personnel between all F&B outlets to minimise payroll expenditure and ensure flexibility of the team and optimise staff stability

• Supervise work at all levels and set clear objectives for F&B team and department

• Duty Manager responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, with a focus on delivering high-quality culinary and dining experiences.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Experience in Team Training and development to maintain consistent service standards.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to stay composed in a high-paced environment and problem-solve effectively.
• Previous experience in a similar is essential.
